My name is Kath Danch – Since childhood I’ve always believed a person could have whatever they wanted in life because of my father’s influence, he was the consummate entrepreneur. I watched him work hard and build his success from the ground up, I saw first-hand the American Dream was not just wishful thinking.

I was a terrible student in school because I didn’t believe an “education” was the answer to having everything you wanted in life; my father was proof of that.  I got my first Mary Kay Kit when I was 19 years-old and thus began the pursuit for wealth and accomplishment. Over the next 25 years I tried my hand at several different things, but none of them seemed to be the vehicle I was looking for to take me to the pinnacle of my potential. I had moments of unprecedented success, and moments of scraping the bottom of the barrel, I couldn’t figure out what was ‘holding me back’ from experiencing the success I knew was possible.

I had to do some serious soul searching – I was ambitious, a very hard worker, and I never quit.  I thought about my father, unfortunately, he passed away in 2005…but I wondered what he would say, what he would do that I wasn’t? What did he know that I didn’t?  AH HA!

That’s when it hit me,…my father wasn’t pursuing the activity of an entrepreneur in order to find a dream,…he was pursuing a specific, well-defined, dream and doing the activity of an entrepreneur to make it come true.

“Wealth” is not a dream….it’s merely a result of pursuing a worthy goal, (as Earl Nightingale would say)…the consequence of holding tight to something you are passionate about.

In hindsight,…it would have been easy to feel like I “wasted” a good portion of my life chasing my tail…there is a lot of life that’s passed under the bridge since that first Mary Kay kit…but I see clearly – I have not only accumulated a number of years under my belt, but a wealth of knowledge also. One thing that has been consistent over the years has been my LOVE for teaching, influencing, and helping others, and now I know exactly how to apply that.  Thus…..here I am.

Hello, I’m David Lambert.  I have been an Entrepreneur my entire adult life so I am very familiar with the struggling it takes to get to the top, and the phenomenal feeling that comes from the successes in life when you follow  your dreams.

When I was young I can remember clearly how much I hated the regiment of my fathers JOB. He was on a constant tight schedule Monday thru Saturday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Though he became very successful and always took excellent care of his family he had very little FREE time. I decided early on that working in the Corporate Rat Race was not for me.

After attending College and against my better judgment, I was forced into a corporate position with a large national firm. Let me tell you this was the most miserable time of my life! My high strung nature mixed with my way of doing things to create results regardless of what was politically correct, resulted in my terminated from a upper level Management position inside of seven years. Let me tell you this was the start of a fantastic entrepreneurial journey.

I started working with my father creating a financial consulting business and within a year or so we had signed a licensing agreement with a large French Ladder Company to set up domestic production here in the United States. The company grew quickly and our annual sales eclipsed 13 million in 2004. Then like a light switch had been turned off the bottom fell out and we suffered thru liquidation. I was devastated to say the least and relegated to finding replacement income for a $250,000 annual salary!

Enter Network Marketing! Let me tell you another humbling experience. When I got started in this industry I thought it would be a piece of cake. After all I was a highly paid successful entrepreneur! Wow what a wake up call. My first 2 years in Network Marketing were a total disaster jumping from company to company spending tens of thousands of dollars and not making a dime! I was about to throw in the towel when I ran into a life saver! I was listening to a webinar and met a brilliant woman whom I partnered with. Suddenly our lives began to change.

We joined forces as David and Kath and began our journey! I changed my focus away from myself, to helping others succeed, and even though we had plenty of rocky roads to navigate along the way, the whole dynamics began to change. I can’t tell you that our education was inexpensive as a matter of fact we spent a couple hundred grand to get it. I can tell you for certain we know how to teach others to be successful online. That is what we are passionate about! Helping others achieve financial freedom. Let me tell you it’s been a wonderful journey loaded with plenty of ups and downs but at the end of the day I love what we do! It’s the Greatest life you can have!
